Some Facts and Figures Trinity Surgery is within the East Cambridgeshire and Fenland PCT. Practice: List size (July 2006) 7000. The majority of patients live in Cambridgeshire; 8% are in Norfolk. Since the beginning of 2006, following the move to the new premises, the practice list has been fully open for the registration of new patients and the list has grown by about 8% already.
Doctor/Patient information: Consultation rate: 3.4 Appointments: Mainly 10 minutes; morning surgery 8.30-10.00 and 10.30-11.30 and afternoon surgery 3.30-6.00. Appointments may be made up to a month in advance for these clinics. An urgent clinic is held from 10.30 each working day; appointments for this may not be made in advance, but patients are seen in turn, if they arrive at the surgery between 10.00 and 11.00. Transferred to PMS Pilot Contract in October 2001, which included the following GMS payments in the baseline: Cervical Cytology: Higher targets Immunisations: Higher targets Health Promotion: Band 3 (including diabetes and asthma) All partners qualify for full PGEA Minor Surgery: Full payments Child Health Surveillance: Full payments
